The coaching program is designed to identify key competency areas (“Appendix 1”) that employees should develop to excel in strategic planning through “GASCI” Coaching Model, also refer to (“Appendix 2”).

    • Assess the current organisational landscape, conducting SWOT and PESTEL analyses.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This coaching program is tailored for employees at all levels who wish to identify the competency areas necessary for excelling in strategic planning.

 

LEARNING OUTCOME:

Upon completion, the coachee will be armed with actionable strategies to promptly implement in their competencies development planning efforts. Over the six (6) months, the coachee will understand the strategic planning process better, align business objectives with long-term vision, and enhance organisational performance through effective planning. During each coaching session, the coachee will craft a competency development plan (“Appendix 3”), which can be submitted to the management upon request.

[These competency areas will be shared with the coachee if they are not fully aware of their developmental needs. During the coaching session, they will be asked to select the top six competencies that resonate most with them.
